Outer Strength Training offers a complete approach and our trainers have a genuine interest in obtaining the best result for you. We use proven strength & cardio training methods combined with ‘nutritional training’ to help you transform your health.

At Outer Strength, we recognise that having an understanding of nutrition is an important element in reaching your goals, and maintaining your overall health and wellbeing, that’s why we provide practical and effective nutritional advice, and monitor your food diary from week to week.

Training sessions are flexible with 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions available and tailored to your situation. You can train on your own, with a friend or small group of friends. It’s up to you!
